Oak Valley Appliance is seeking a CSR to add to our growing team. Our technicians provide professional in-home repair on refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, and more — and we need your help to schedule repair appointments, route technicians, and offer top-notch customer support!
Full-Time Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
Job Duties include:
– Answer high volume of calls
– Schedule appointments
– Route technicians according to skill and location
– Validate warranty
– Handle first level customer complaints
– Exceed customers expectations
Job requirements include:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1 year of previous call center or office support experience
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong desire to provide the best customer service in town
Compensation:
– $11.50/hour plus bi-weekly bonus
– Annual bonus based on weekly performance
– 1-2 weeks vacation per year based on time served
– Sick pay
– Holiday pay
