Oak Valley Appliance Named Runner-Up as the Nation’s Most Professional Servicer for 2021

Oak Valley Appliance was named Runner-Up in the Most Professional Servicer contest for the third year in a row at the Appliance Service Training Institute (ASTI). The United Appliance Servicers Association’s MPS award is the most coveted professional award in the appliance repair industry. The competition is highly competitive drawing more than 100 contest entries every year.

Professional Service Association Certification

At Oak Valley Appliance, we are proud members of the Professional Service Association. This organization offers basic and advanced technical training and certification to appliance repair technicians all across the country. This helps us stay up-to-date on all the latest and greatest appliance technology. Earlier this year, our technicians received PSA Certification! In order to become certified, technicians must pass a test given by their PSA peers.
